Emergency Mosquito Nets: Protecting You from Mosquito Bites
Emergency Mosquito Nets are essential for disaster relief, the military, medical use, UN donations, government reserves, the Red Cross, and more. Available in various styles, colors, and sizes, these nets offer protection against mosquito bites and other insects. With their durability and effectiveness, they ensure your safety and comfort in different environments. Stay protected with our high-quality Emergency Mosquito Nets.
Emergency mosquito net selection should start with the bed space and installation conditions, followed by the required material and protection checks. Single-bed, free-hanging, and other structures require separate confirmation of support points, entry, lower edge, and accessories. For mosquito net wholesale enquiries, separate the quantity and installation requirements by destination before comparing quotations.

We have manufactured emergency and public health textile products for 20 years, with stable bulk supply for international aid, public health, disaster relief, military and group dormitory projects. We run full in-house production from knitting to cutting and sewing, with consistent batch quality and full production traceability. Emergency orders can enter production within 72 hours.
✅ Bulk order guarantee: All batches are inspected per AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 standard, including mesh hole count, seam strength and size verification. Standard and LLIN (Long Lasting Insecticidal Net) models manufactured to WHO performance specifications, with third party lab test reports available for tender use.
If the project also needs blankets, sleeping bags, bedding, or inflatable sleeping mats, review each corresponding category separately and confirm bed-space relationships, quantities, and kit arrangements.

All models support flexible customization for bulk and tender orders; all custom options are quoted separately:
All custom requirements are confirmed in writing before production; pre-production samples are provided for approval before bulk run.

MOQ note: In-stock basic untreated models have 100pc MOQ for trial orders. Custom LLIN treated orders have 1000pc MOQ because insecticidal treatment requires full batch processing in industrial treatment chambers, small batch treatment is not cost effective. Final MOQ confirmed per order.
Images can support outline, visible mesh, suspension points, openings, edges, and accessories. They cannot prove fiber composition, mesh specification, repellent or insecticidal treatment, durability, or organizational approval. Match any treatment or performance requirement to the selected product, applicable method, and supporting documents.
Sample Policy: Specification sheets, formal quotations and sample application guides are provided free of charge. Sample cost is calculated separately based on exact specification, size and customization requirements. Sample fee and shipping cost are prepaid by the buyer; sample fee can be credited against bulk order payment when the order meets agreed quantity and amount. Blank in-stock samples ship 1-2 working days after payment; custom treated / custom printed samples take 7-10 working days.

Quality Control Process: 1) Incoming material inspection: verify yarn denier, mesh count and strength; 2) In-process inspection: check stitch count, seam strength and loop reinforcement during production; 3) Finished goods inspection: per AQL 2.5 standard, check dimensions, mesh integrity, seams and hanging points; 4) Pre-shipment inspection: third party inspection (SGS/BV/Intertek etc.) can be arranged, third party cost is borne by the buyer. For LLIN orders, random batch insecticide content testing is available, with batch numbers matched to test reports.
Order Terms: Standard order lead time 7-15 days; emergency orders enter production within 72 hours, final lead time confirmed per contract. Goods ship from main Chinese ports, customer nominated ports are supported; FOB/CIF/EXW Incoterms are standard, DDP can be evaluated per destination. Standard products carry manufacturing defect warranty. Standard care: 30℃ gentle hand or machine wash with mild soap only, do not bleach, do not scrub hard, line dry in shade for LLIN models to preserve treatment.
All nets are packed in waterproof PE bags or pressed bales for ocean shipping. Store in dry, cool, well ventilated warehouses away from direct sunlight and chemical exposure.
We also supply matching emergency bedding and relief blankets for combined tender orders.
Install the sample under representative bed and support conditions. Record dimensions, suspension, entry, closure, lower edge, accessories, folding, label, and packing. Assign separate configurations when destination conditions differ.

A mosquito net is not selected by net dimensions alone. Provide the length and width of the bed, mat, or floor space, the available height, the support points, and the planned entry direction. Different sites create different responsibilities for single-bed hanging, free hanging, and multipoint support.
For temporary accommodation, confirm whether supports are fixed facilities, bed frames, or temporary cords. For dormitories, check whether installation affects walkways, lighting, or bedding. Without site conditions, a supplier can provide a direction but cannot promise universal installation.
A simple bed-and-support sketch showing open dimensions, height, entry, and movement space makes sample fitting and bulk receiving use the same measurement basis.
Opening quantity, position, and closure affect access, distribution, and cleaning. Test opening and closing under representative bed or support conditions. Check whether the closure is easy to operate, hidden by the frame, or difficult for staff to identify.
The lower edge may hang freely, tuck under a mattress, include a lower pocket, or use another construction. State the required lower-edge method and care route; a visible mesh edge does not prove that it can be fixed to every bed.

Where night access, children, or users with limited mobility matter, record the action, opening space, and lighting conditions during sample review instead of replacing them with a general claim such as easy to use.
Images can identify outline, colour, visible mesh, seams, entry, and accessories. They cannot prove mesh size, fibre composition, repellent treatment, insecticidal effect, or durability. Each requirement must be tied to the selected product, treatment batch, verification method, and applicable document.
If a treated product is requested, state the destination market, applicable regulatory or document requirements, planned use period, and cleaning arrangement. The supplier should first confirm whether the selected product can be supplied with the relevant treatment and applicable documents, then record the treatment batch, verification method, and unresolved points in the quotation or sample record. Documents for another mosquito net cannot be applied to the selected batch.
Receiving records should separate appearance, mesh integrity, entry closure, accessories, labels, and treatment or performance documents. Include a treatment or performance requirement in acceptance only when the document scope matches the selected product and batch.
Bulk deployment may require cords, hooks, anchors, storage bags, or instruction labels in addition to the net body. State which items are supplied and which are available on site, then check that each accessory matches the installation direction before packing.

Start quantity planning with the actual bed or floor-space count, then split it by site, bed type, suspension condition, and entry direction. Record net quantity, accessory-set quantity, and the mutually confirmed spare ratio separately; one total headcount does not show how many installation sets each site needs.
Sample installation should record support count, sequence, tools, one-person or two-person operation, removal, and folding recovery. One successful demonstration does not prove that every destination can install the net quickly.
For repeat issue, plan cleaning, drying, folding, and accessory return. If bags, cords, or anchors can be replenished separately, list them in the quotation and replenishment scope.
The approved sample should record bed fit, open dimensions and points, suspension, entry, lower edge, visible mesh, accessories, labels, folding, and packing. Bulk receiving should return to this record instead of relying on a product name or promotional image.

Start inspection with identity and component count, then check dimensions, seams, supports, entry closure, lower edge, packing, and labels. Treatment or performance requirements enter acceptance only after method, conditions, sample basis, and decision rules are agreed.
For repeat orders, provide the previous order or approved-sample reference and list changes to bed size, suspension, entry, accessories, colour, labels, or packing separately. Confirm a returned difference list before production to reduce missing accessories and installation mismatch.
Provide both the bed or mat dimensions, available height, and target net dimensions.
This depends on the selected structure and site and must be confirmed by specification and installation sample.
State the required mesh or material fields, measurement method, and acceptance basis in the enquiry, then confirm them against the selected specification, sample, and applicable documents. Images only help identify visible mesh and appearance.
Only when listed in the selected configuration's component list; extra accessories are quoted separately.
We manufacture LLIN nets to meet WHO performance specifications, provide third party test reports per WHO test methods for your tender use. Official PQ certification can be supported per project, cost borne by buyer.
Install it under representative conditions and review dimensions, supports, openings, edges, accessories, and packing.
