Sample Policy: Specification sheets, formal quotations and sample application guides are provided free of charge. Sample cost is calculated separately based on exact specification, size and customization requirements. Sample fee and shipping cost are prepaid by the buyer; sample fee can be credited against bulk order payment when the order meets agreed quantity and amount. Blank in-stock samples ship 1-2 working days after payment; custom printed / custom camo samples take 5-7 working days.
Quality Control Process: 1) Incoming material inspection: verify fabric count, fill weight and hardware strength; 2) In-process inspection: check quilting tension, stitch count and tie point reinforcement during production; 3) Finished goods inspection: per AQL 2.5 standard, check dimensions, stitching, fill distribution and tie pull strength; 4) Pre-shipment inspection: third party inspection (SGS/BV/Intertek etc.) can be arranged, third party cost is borne by the buyer.
Order Terms: Standard order lead time 7-15 days; emergency orders enter production within 72 hours, final lead time confirmed per contract. Goods ship from main Chinese ports, customer nominated ports are supported; FOB/CIF/EXW Incoterms are standard, DDP can be evaluated per destination. Standard products carry manufacturing defect warranty. In-stock basic models have 100pc MOQ for trial orders; custom logo/camo/spec orders have 500pc MOQ, final MOQ confirmed per order. Product identity is the first procurement decision. State whether the item will be used as a poncho liner for field issue, a standalone camping blanket, or a wearable cloak for work. Military and tender orders should also confirm tie point spacing, color/camo pattern, packing and acceptance standards. If the tender requires full waterproofing, fire resistance or specific military standard compliance, state those requirements clearly and we will provide matching material and test reports.
If the project needs a fully waterproof rain outer layer, source rain ponchos as a separate product. If you need a cold weather sleep system, pair woobie liners with emergency sleeping bags and ground pads for layered warmth. Do not expect a woobie to replace a -10℃ sleeping bag.

Standard 8-point spacing is designed to match all US and Chinese military poncho eyelets; custom spacing requires a matching poncho sample to confirm fit. For snap cloak models, test snap operation with work gloves on, confirm no gaps when worn, and verify snaps do not come undone during movement. Sample fitting should cover laying flat, folding, attaching to a poncho, wearing as a cloak and packing back into the stuff sack.
